If we could not identify received package, it will be returned to sender.

Opened & Used Products

All open or used products returned for refunds to DDRStation.com will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, including faulty products. Faulty products are eligible for a return or an exchange within 30 days of the original invoice date. Please follow RMA Return Procedures to obtain a RMA number.

Return Policy General Guidelines

No refunds after 30 days. • All returns must be freight prepaid. Any refused packages or non-deliverable packages will be subject to a return shipping fee by UPS or Fedex. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. • DOA products are replaced within five to seven business days of receiving faulty product. • Non-DOA products are replaced within seven business days of receiving faulty product. • Product refunds/credits are completed within five to seven business days of receiving faulty product. • All returns and exchanges must be in resalable condition with original, invoice, packing materials and manuals. Any discrepancies could result in delays or partial forfeiture of your credit. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box. • All return and exchange shipments must accompany with an RMA number. • RMA numbers are valid for ten days. Returned items must match the product authorized for return. All returned shipments must be prepaid. DO NOT refuse delivery. Refused packages will be subject to a return shipping fee assessed by UPS or FedEx. • All COD packages will be refused. • No refunds on service charge, labor and shipment. • We reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone. • For all shipments processed with free shipping discounts, actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Replacement Guidelines

Product replacements will not be issued if one of the following conditions exist: • Product is no longer covered under our warranty period. • Serial label is tampered with or removed from product. • Product serial number fails to match that of the RMA Request Form. • Return package is shipped to us via COD. • Faulty product passes all diagnostic tests. • Product has been tampered with.

RMA Return Procedures

Before returning any item for an exchange or refund, you must contact info@DDRStation.com or call us at 718-717-2616 within of 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns must be made within 30 days from delivery date. Returns without RMA number will be subject to delays. If we could not identify received package, it will be returned to sender. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty. In order to receive a refund/credit you must return all items within thirty days of the invoice date with shipping pre-paid.

Ship returns / exchanges to DDRStation RMA Department freight prepaid and print/write RMA Number clearly on the outside of all packages. Any refused packages or non-deliverable packages will be subject to a return shipping fee by UPS or Fedex. The return shipping fee will be deducted from refund amount.

Include copies of all relevant invoice with package.

I received someone else's order. In the event that you receive someone else's order, simply contact us at 718-717-2616 for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the items. Please keep the wrong items in its original packaging and do not use items. If you have opened and used the incorrect items that was shipped to you, a 20% restocking fee will apply upon our receipt of the product. I received the wrong product.

To report an incorrectly shipped order, please call immediately at 718-717-2616 . Claims will only be handled if reported within 7 business days of receipt of your package. If we have shipped you the incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs on returning the incorrect product, and also on the new shipment for the same shipping method that was originally ordered. For example, if you ordered 3-Day Select shipping on the original order, we will cover the costs of 3-Day Select shipping on the new shipment. We will provide a return label to return the incorrect product sent.

We will gladly upgrade your shipping on the new shipment to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the original shipping method. If you have opened and used the incorrect item that was shipped to you, a 20% restocking fee will apply upon our receipt of the product. DDRStation
